LifeSize® Room™ is the High Definition video communications system designed for use in the conference room to the classroom or any room in between.
From its inception, LifeSize designed a system for high definition (1280 x 720 resolution) and 30 frames per second for no compromise performance. LifeSize Room uses the latest advances in processing power, display technology, high definition audio and camera technology. The result is crystal clear video quality, true to life conferencing and better productivity.
With the embedded high definition multipoint bridge, (4-way continuous presence or 6-way voice activated), LifeSize Room allows additional participants to connect quickly and seamlessly to each other. Multimedia and documents can be shared amongst all endpoints, enabling executives, managers, and anyone with dispersed colleagues to collaborate more effectively.
LifeSize designed video communications with absolute user simplicity in mind. Dial remote participants on demand with the integrated LifeSize® Phone™. Rely on video communications for face to face meetings when email and the phone are simply not enough.
By delivering nearly ten times the quality of existing videoconferencing systems (limited to 352 x 288 pixels), users will experience a completely new paradigm in face-to-face video communications. High definition (1280 x 720 pixels at 30 frames per second) video resolution will make participants appear true-to-size. And with advanced processing capabilities, LifeSize Room provides better video at any bandwidth including high definition resolution at 1Mbps, DVD quality at 512Kbps and Cable TV quality at 384Kbps.
